   The relaunch is amazing. The restaurant looks great, and the food exceeds all expectations. What a night. Must-haves are Iberico Ham, The Bread Basket, Tomato soup, Branzino, and the Blueberry Pavlova. That's if you can get a reservation to this GEM!

   The service was outstanding. All of the staff were very attentive to our needs. The cocktails were excellent. The food was amazing. My husband had the filet and I had the Steelhead. Both dishes exceeded our expectations. Even the appetizer was great.

   We had 8:30 reservations and were the last to leave on a snowy night and never felt rushed Our server was gracious and attentive without being overly solicitous. We all had fish, steelhead and branzino and they were superb. The ceaser salad was disappointing as it was too dry and unfortunately all four of has had it as a starter. We had dessert and all were quite good. There was no bread or amuse bouche so nothing that spoke to who the restaurant was. I would say it was a good dinner but not amazing or inventive. It was a tad overpriced but I likely wouldn’t have noticed if there had been more of the chef innovation or voice in the experience

   Wonderful experience overall, ambience, service, food all very good. A tad difficult to converse because of background noise, but not terribly so. Prices quite high, but in line with other restaurants of this caliber. Would definitely recommend.

   Delicious food from an inventive menu. We especially enjoyed the Smoke Trout Dip which was delicious and more akin to a chunky pate than a dip (that’s a good thing). Our waiter was very knowledgable and obliging. On a super cold Monday, our trip to Elm exceeded our expectations. So many resteraunt are mediocre, Elm is definitely not. Highly recommended.

   Noise- it’s very very hard to hold a conversation as the tables are very deep and the noise is horrible.

    Excellent restaurant with great attention to detail. Food is always excellent, and the drinks are very good & creative. It’s a must! Perfect for all occasions.
