   Delicious food, great cocktails and wine, attentive staff. We had the salmon and halibut, both delicious. We will be back!

   Elliots on Linden is a real gem. The food is outstanding and the service is great. We shared an appetizer of carpaccio with mini toasts that we enjoyed along with some nice martini's. For our entrees, my wife had a wonderful rack of lamb with cauliflower sauce that was accompanied by pea and mint risotto, morels and beets. Wow, what a great medley of flavors. I had a perfectly cooked (medium) fillet mignon with mushrooms, onions, bacon and bordelaise served with a side of truffle macaroni and cheese. Unbelievably good. In addition to having a full bar, they have an outstanding wine list. Our server, Kadiedra, was a great server. One of the special things she did after putting in our entire order was to allow us time to enjoy our appetizer and drinks and to not put in the entry order until she interlocked with us. What a great idea. Too often for us, the entry comes out when we are still enjoying our appetizer which breaks the mood of the evening which makes us leery when full orders have been taken in the past. After the meal, Kadiedra gave me a tour of their wine cellar which was amazing. In addition, we got a chance to meet with the General Manager Karin who was super kind to us and does an unbelievable job managing this jewel of a restaurant in Pinehurst, NC. Highly recommend this culinary exquisite FtT restaurant.

   Our experience at Elliot’s on Linden was one of the best we have experienced in this area. I scheduled same day to enjoy my wife’s birthday, Entire staff was amazing!!! We will be back!!!

   Best steaks in town! Stephanie our waiter did a wonderful job pointing out the drink specials. Dinner was well paced and we never felt rushed. Definitely go for the chopped salad. My spouse had the filet (cooked perfectly) and I had a fantastic NY strip cooked to a perfect medium rare. The goat cheesecake was an amazing end to a very enjoyable experience.

   I been to Elliotts a number of times and it’s always been a good time, folks are great, food is good, never had a complaint, every time I go by the place the parking lot is full!! Good sign!!

   Elliott's is our favorite restaurant in the area, but last night was a disappointment. They had booked several very large groups, and the kitchen and wait staff could not keep up. We were there for three hours because the service was so slow. They offered us free dessert, which was nice, but that didn't come until 9 p.m. and we were seated at 6:30 p.m. Two managers and the waiter apologized, but it made us wonder if we should check next time to make sure they don't have large groups booked. They clearly aren't set up to handle it.

You are absolutely right; we did have large parties that night and it put some unexpected pressure on our staff. While we are glad the team expressed their sincere apologies and acknowledged the issue, we understand that it did not make up for the long wait.    Elliott's never disappoints. The elk was fantastic as always. The ceviche, tuna tartare, and Korean beef tartare were all excellent. Ysenia, our server, was excellent - attentive and responsive to our table of 6. Elliott's is our go to place for customer dinners.
