   True to form, Eleven delivers exceptional food and service. Never disappoints. Went for my birthday and had a fork-full of a friend's dessert. I never eat dessert, but this layered thing w popcorn on top was heavenly, both in mouth feel and flavor. And we all cleaned our entree plates. Delectable. I will say that Eleven is starting to show it's age; menus are pretty beat-up, bar and tables showing the visits of thousands, etc.

   We enjoyed our experience, both the staff and the food. The food was very flavorful, but everything was too salty. That is the reason for 4 instead of t stars.

   Outstanding food and service. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Proportions were just the right size and the food preparation and tastes were excellent. Overall value was good We will be back again.

   We had the Easter brunch and most of it was delicious but we were disappointed in the lobster omelette. There wasn’t much lobster or flavor and although the menu wasn’t much different (actually not as many selections) from the regular pre fixe brunch it was $11 more per person. Not sure we’ll go back for brunch on a holiday again.

    I usually LOVE Eleven, but today we dined for Easter Brunch, 30 minutes after opening and it was just meh and for the $, I want much better. I got the short rib starter and it was great, the the lobster omelet and it was TERRIBLE! Legit the worst omelette I've ever had. The egg itself was so overcooked it was tough and weird texture. The lobster was so over cooked and smelled fishy, Lobster should never smell like that and honestly they were so little of it I was surprised. Others got the salmon which was cold upon arrival in the horseradish topping was like jello.... tenderloin steak was kind of tough and the bearnaise was overly thick and not great. I have dined here many many times and always give it a top rating it's one of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. This might just give us pause to rethink it. I do understand it was a holiday but it was only 30 minutes after opening so they couldn't have been overwhelmed yet. Also I understand that everybody has a bad day, so hoping that was all it was. But doesn't make it easy to spend over $300 for my family for brunch when most of us walked away very unsatisfied. I think I'm going to just let this one pass and hope for better next time.
