   My wife and I booked Eleven Madison Park to celebrate our anniversary. It could not have been even more special. The staff are great conversationalists and made us feel like old friends. Every course was a surprise (well, almost every course) and delicious.

   No wonder it is number 3 in the world. The captain of our area, Stephen, was exceptional. So was the sommelier, Joo. So was Kevin, the Carlow man. All of them were friendly, knowledgeable. A very special place

   An amazing experience. Service and food were impeccable and as expected for a Michelin star restaurant. We were invited into the kitchen to have a look and have a palate cleanser which was fantastic. Could not fault this restaurant and want to thank all involved in making our dinner there a special event

   Beautiful and creatively presented dishes. Food was good but not as amazing as I thought. Look I would definitely recommend for the experience!

   What an outstanding long lunch. Made exceptional by the service we received and wonderfully interactive dining. Will return next time I am in New York

   Unforgettable experience. The food just kept coming and coming and it was all so delicious and filling. The service was crazy good and the drink selection was unparalleled. The maitre d' took us to the kitchen at the end of our meal to enjoy another after-dinner cocktail-dessert. If I could describe the place in a word: opulent.

   Our table was booked for 6pm Tuesday night to celebrate my wife's 40th.As as we arrived through the revolving doors we were greeted and asked if we had a reservation.When I replied yes he said good evening Mr.Collings and wished my wife a happy birthday.Then the evening kicked off.In a nutshell we were shown straight to our table and we did not leave the table until 10.40pm, I don't think there is any reason to review the food because it was all beyond exceptional.We were slightly nervous about courses we might not like (octopus,eel , snails),the waitress asked us if there was anything we did not want to eat so the above was mentioned and said not to worry as was not on the menu anyway.We were also given 2 choices for the three main courses and either choice was hard to decide.The service was impeccable, relaxed and friendly and also non intrusive,but they seemed to second guess everything just before we wanted/needed it.I walked down to the toilet through the main corridor of the restaurant just as 5 waiters were coming through laiden with trays, I went to give way but they all stopped and peppered back like toy soldiers to let me pass.Wherever you walked the staff stopped what they were doing to let you pass.The high lights other than the food was when the coffee menu was bought out between main course and dessert (extra) there was an English Milk Punch offered as alternative to coffee, I ordered this for 2, 10 minutes later a lady arrived with an oversized egg timer and made a reference to the series Breaking Bad . She then distilled a Rum punch made with freshly boiled milk curds at the table,the best cocktail I have ever tasted .We asked if we could visit the kitchen.We did and had another cocktail made for us.I asked if Milk and Honey was on the menu,but unfortunately that was the old menu,but there sister Hotel The Nomad serves a variation,they sent someone over and bought it back as a surprise at no extra charge.Enough said.Go if you can,or save like we did

    Flawless service and food. Out third time dinning there. Our first time trying the new format. Highly recommended for special occasions
