   My husband and I came for a business trip for 5 days and we dined here 3 of those 5 because it was delicious and the service wonderful. The whole staff works hard to make it a dining experience. The beet salad, parm fries and bone marrow were outstanding and their cheesecake was the best I’ve ever had

   We highly recommend the sushi and sea bass which were delicious! Ron our waiter was a helpful , friendly guy that we enjoyed speaking with.

   Our new favorite place. Food, ambience & service. The only downer were a few screaming kids next to us at Easter brunch. Once we retreated to the indoors, it was much more couples orientated.

   Was our first time there and went for Brunch as we are an hour away and wanted the views and celebreate my borthdya weekend. The Brunch Menu was so small and not a lot of options. Service was very slow. Only greeted us, dropped off drink adn the check. Food was small portions for the money. Was not overly impressed

   The food here is consistently excellent. I’m staying at Sanctuary a week and this is their primary restaurant. We’ve all over town and the food at Elements is fantastic. Even simple breakfast items are done with flair and every dish we had at dinner was incredible. The sushi is terrific here, as is the sea bass and the short rib. Their weakest area is their cocktails. Not memorable. But still pretty good . Service at all meals is excellent

   I have written two negative restaurant reviews in my life, and truly hate to do so. But I cannot recommend this restaurant any longer. Used to love it here: The intimate seating and view. My recent experience for another special occasion was entirely different. Packed, loud, freezing(AC blasting… asked to turn down and wasn’t). And I was given the smallest, overpriced serving I have had in my entire long life. Service very off… Two years ago we had an issue with seating (seated indoors… booked outside… birthday dinner… not hotel guests, but live locally). Staff was gruff and not accommodating, and my husband had to persist to get a seat outdoors. It left an unfortunate pall over that evening.) In retrospect, was a sign of the demise of a once wonderful dining establishment. Since then, prices have skyrocketed as well. Maybe a reflection of the new ownership? Does that extend to the dining management? Sadly….will never return.
