They play Tuesday – Friday.

    Valet service was quick and friendly. We were greeted at the door by the Maitre'd who great us in Italian, sat us at our table and presented the ladies with a beautiful rose when we left. We started with an appetizer of Fried Baby Calamari. It was tender and cooked to perfection. Without even telling the waiter we would be splitting the dish; we each got our own plate of it. This was the first time I have ever seen this. My daughter had the Petto di Pollo Donatello. It was a chicken dish which she very much enjoyed along with her side of Pasta Aglio e Olio. My husband ordered the Veal special which had mushrooms, asparagus in a cream sauce. He said it was the tenderest veal he had ever eaten. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi which had enormous tender shrimp in a delicious sauce. They did not skimp on the number of shrimps on the plate. All entrees came with string beans perfectly prepared and a potato croquette. It was small and we only got one. It would have been nice to have a few more. That too was lightly fried. We topped it off with some Espresso and Tiramisu which was divine. The wait staff was attentive, wanting to please and handsomely dressed. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to return soon. I would definitely recommend if you wanted to taste some excellent Italian food.

    This restaurant was awesome. Not sure why I haven’t been there before. Ossobuco is incredible and my wife had the grilled seafood and that was my favorite preparation ever. From the time you are greeted at the door to the table service it was an incredible evening. Thank you

    Gino Tiozzi continues to preserve this classic restaurant that we never fail to book whenever we're in Tampa (we're Houston, TX residents). It's elegant, where the service is provided by tuxedo waiters, intentive but not intrusive. Of course, the food is impeccable and delicious. It's the entire package always creates a fantastic experience. It's a must do!

    It was our first time at Donatello. We were greeted by Gino who welcomed us. Al was our waiter and he was terrific. What a wonderful night we had. Made another reservation for our birthday dinners in September. Can’t wait to go back. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
