Since then Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine's has succeeded in producing top notch seasonal cuisine lead by Chef Andrew Donovan. The experience at Amelia's blends the open wood fired kitchen with the beautiful candle lit ambience of the dining room; setting the stage for romantic nights, special occasions and celebrations. Took quite a while to get our food. Otherwise, the service is good and the food quality was very good.

Mahogany's steaks are the finest custom-aged U.S. Prime Midwestern Beef, known for its excellence in marbling, texture and flavor. We broil it exactly the way you like it at 900 degrees to lock in the corn-fed flavor. We serve it sizzling on a heated plate so that it stays hot throughout your meal. Selections from the ocean include Australian Rock lobster and the freshest fish daily based on availability. Service will be outstanding but provided in a casual, less intimidating fine dining atmosphere.

My sister-in-law and her wife were in town from California. We brought them to Mahogany’s for a special night out. We introduced them to our favorite waiter, Larry, who was most gracious to them all evening. They shared a 21oz Cowboy ribeye which they said was cooked to perfection as was the 12 oz filet that my wife and I split. We had sides of carrots and asparagus which were absolutely delicious. Larry kept the evening light and hearty and made them feel very comfortable with his banter between all of us. Afterwards, they both said that this evening was just wonderful and they understood why my wife and I frequent Mahogany’s as much as we do. Kudos to Larry for making the evening so enjoyable.

Just had the BEST meal at Wildwood Cove! The crab legs were absolutely amazing—perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. I’m still thinking about them! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service made the whole experience even better. If you’re anywhere near, do yourself a favor and go. I’ll definitely be back!

We both decided to order something different on this visit. He got the Singapore Street Noodles, and I ordered the Sesame Beef with a side of fried rice. Both were excellent! Ordering these two together we had chicken, shrimp, and beef. We had the edamame, lettuce wrap appetizer, and The Great Wall of Chocolate that we shared with others. Needless to say, we were quite full and had take home! Ready to go back!
