I had a tasting menu for my Birthday dinner with my friends here, the venue has chic decor and great atmosphere. The servers are very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic! Each dishes are portioned just right amount for the 5courses, so I could finish till the dessert easily. the ingredients are sourced mostly locally and very fresh, I loved kangaroo carpaccio which I’ve never had before! All the dishes are very cleverly combined with Asian flavors and very creative. The most of all, the quality of food match the value of money. I had a really lovely dinner, and I highly recommend palette restaurant for everyone who’s looking for place for celebration or dinner date.

My husband and I go to MOI often so I picked there for my birthday dinner tonight. It's the second time that 9 of us have been there for dinner and it was fantastic as usual. Staff are very friendly and the food and service are excellent. Have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

As someone with multiple allergies, eating out can often be stressful, but here, everything was handled with such care and kindness. The staff didn’t make me feel like a burden for even a second. They took the time to double-check ingredients, offer thoughtful suggestions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable. And the food… WOW. Every bite was packed with flavour, beautifully presented, and made with such clear attention to detail. You can really taste the love. It’s rare to find a place that balances deliciously incredible food, warm hospitality, and such thoughtful accommodation of dietary needs so seamlessly.
