Welcome to Green Man Wines!
We are a small, award winning Wine Shop opening our Wine Bar Thursday-Saturday.
There are loads of iconic bottles, hidden gems and easy drinking wines from the ‘old world’ stacked on our shelves, with €10 corkage applied we welcome you to try any of those.
Alongside we offer a variety of plates designed to share, we recommend 2-3 plates per person.
There are two parts to our Wine Bar, the Front, which is open for walk-ins and the Back, suitable for a full dinner.
Come on in and let our staff guide you towards your next favourite Producer, Region or Grape Varietal!

An amazing experience! It’s just so intimate and such a nice atmosphere. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our birthdays as a present to each other, the staff were so helpful. The two of us were a bit not keen on sake but the waitress recommended one to us and it’s not like cheaper sakes out there that we’ve tasted. The food quality was excellent, we didn’t love everything which is to be expected in an 18 course menu but loved 95% of the dishes! The chef was so kind and chatted to us all at the end. He explained everything thoroughly. Such good value for money, it was €120 each for the two menus, two still waters and one sake each. For such a unique menu, and being the only omakase restaurant in Ireland, so worth it for special occasions! We will definitely be back again after a few years to try some new dishes hopefully!

Mediterranean small plates, fresh pasta and quality cuts of meat where sharing is encouraged. The menu is concise and constantly changing.

It was my second visit to the place and the food again was incredible! The waitresses are very nice and the place being small give that cozy atmosphere we are looking for when going out for a dinner. Definitely recommended!

This is a fabulous small restaurant. The staff are amazing,as is the food . It can be expensive but they do all sorts of mid week deals . We had the all night early bird on a Thursday which had great choice . Tuna poke delicious! Also wagu burger. I wouldn’t usually go for a burger there as so many other lovely things (pasta/fish/mussels)but it was lovely . They were also doing house wine by the glass for €6.50 on a Thursday. Overall lovely relaxed night with attentive friendly staff . Great place for a treat or mid week with offers .
