Wir kochen traditionelle hausgemachte Klassiker wie Königsberger Klopse, Sauerbraten, Kassler, Fischstäbchen, Thüringer Klößchen und einige andere Gerichte, welche alle in der Mitte des Tisches zum Teilen serviert werden.

Classic Austrian cuisine at its best: marinated cap of rump, breaded fried chicken with potato salad and Viennese schnitzel with parsley potatoes, cranberries and cucumber salad are only a few of the highlights. All dishes are deftly prepared using high-quality ingredients sourced from a wide network of regional producers, as well as areas such as Voralberg, Salzburg, Vienna and other Austrian regions. With respect for the original charm of the house, the interior has been carefully renovated and furnished with discreet smoke glass mirrors while preserving the homely brown tones of wood and leather. From early in the morning until well after dark, new and old Berliners, politicians, journalists, tourists and all kinds of flaneurs will visit Einstein Unter den Linden to enjoy one of the finest Austrian cuisines in the city.

Eine moderne Bistroküche, die kann. Ob Brunch oder abends – entspannte Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse oder im stilvollen Innenraum. Jorge Josse Sion, vorher Sous-Chef im 3-Sterne Rutz, bringt sein Können auf den Teller. Keine Schnörkel, kein Chichi – einfach verdammt gutes Essen und Weine direkt in Mitte!

Todo muy rico. El Bowl de Açai es un espectaculo a la vista y, sobre todo, al paladar. También tomamos Pancakes dulces, muy buenas y Smoothie de mango, excelente!

FREA ist das erste 100% pflanzenbasierte Restaurant, welches bewusst auf Plastikverpackungen verzichtet. Alle angebotenen Lebensmittel kommen aus nachhaltigem ökologischen Anbau. Alle Zutaten der Gerichte, werden bei FREA verarbeitet und zu kreativen und leckeren Gerichten zubereitet. Unser reines Sauerteigbrot kommt aus der hauseigenen FREA Bakery. Die Reste die nicht mehr weiterverarbeitet werden können, landen in der hauseigenen Kompostiermaschine (Gersi). FULL TASTE, ZERO WASTE, das ist wofür FREA steht.
