   Our experience at Delmonico Steakhouse was outstanding. Service was prompt, professional, and very friendly. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the steak was exceptional — incredibly flavorful, juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned without being overwhelming. Although we were short on time and didn’t have the chance to sample appetizers, we did enjoy the Brussels sprouts with a honey mustard glaze, which were truly outstanding. I highly recommend Delmonico and look forward to returning for a more leisurely meal next time.

   Matt and his team took great care of us as usual, and the food was fantastic as usual! We tried the special strawberry salad and filet medallions and they did not disappoint! Cannot wait for our next Vegas visit so we can have another great evening at Delmonico Steakhouse.

   Ribeye and lobster bisque were amazing. The pork had a mesquite flavor to it, that my husband didn’t care for. Baked potato was huge. Service was wonderful. Very extensive wine menu (largest I’ve ever seen) with affordable options. Service was excellent. Our server was very kind and assistant waiter was attentive and excellent (Juan Carlos).

   Overall, our experience was okay. We were placed in the back near the kitchen so there was a lot of traffic around our table. I expected a clam enjoyable evening. Service was good.

   Exceptional as always . Steaks cooked to perfection, banana cream pie is to die for and top notch service.

   The servers (Ryan and his team) were absolutely exceptional! The food was delicious! This was truly one of our best meals ever.
