   Great service. Terrible food. The shrimp curry was so sweet I couldn’t eat it. The branzino was over cooked and dry and covered with a sauce. Unimaginative rice served with all meals. First and last visit. Extremely disappointed. Very little on menu that any of us wanted to eat. Place filled up at 8 pm either college women drinking. Really weird all around. Thus is a place to avoid.

   With menu options like fois gras, escargot and pork belly we were excited to try Dantes. Unfortunately the execution and overall downscale ambiance of the place left much to be desired. The food was mediocre, the dining room understaffed and the vibe was more central Tucson bar than upscale restaurant. Definitely would have been willing to overlook the service and ambiance deficiencies if the food quality was on point, but it was not. This is a burgers and wings joint trying to pull off a gourmet style menu. It’s not working, or at least it wasn’t last Saturday night.

   Our service was very slow. It took nearly 10 minutes to get drinks, appetizer came out quickly but entree’s were delayed due to a big party in the back. My son’s steak was undercooked and he didn’t get it back until the rest of the table was done with their meal. They offered free desert but it was so late by that point, we weren’t interested. Expensive meal for poor service.

   Food was amazing ! The burger is 🔥🔥 We are in a special diet and our server Aracely was so helpfull and her recommendations were great! We also loved the jalapeño poppers!

   Started our experience being told they print their reservations out at 3 (we made ours around 5 and there were plenty left) and no table ready. We were seated after a delay. Drinks were all good, deviled egg appetizer was very salty. But- main problem- we could see the food window- two of our orders sat under heat lamps for over ten minutes waiting for the pasta to be done. When delivered, the buns were literally rock hard and the fries were limp- horrible kitchen management. When remade. Food was good- but I was done with pasta before remade sandwiches are delivered. The manager sis not issue much of an apology. Did comp some of meal. Poor waitress was nice but frazzled. Pretty empty on a Friday night- good food. Not a great experience.

   Loved the food with a variety of fish, meat and vegetables prepared with wonderful flavors at a very reasonable price. A bit loud but highly recommend!

   The restaurant was busy which resulted in the service being a little slow but the staff were apologetic and courteous. The seating was very tight resulting in a high noise level making it difficult to converse without raised voices. It also made it difficult to get to seats and to the washroom. All this being said, the food came out reasonably quickly, at the right temperature, visually appealing, and most of all delicious.

   Food was great, but it took an hour for my husbands food to come out after the rest of us had already finished our dinner. That was unfortunate, but once his food finally came out it was tasty.

    Escargot was excellent. Ordered the burger with a side car of pork belly. Burger was excellent but there was no pork belly - they were out of it. No reduction in cost or a suggested replacement. Garlic fries were good, could have been more garlicky.
