   We have mix feeling. First, great atmosphere, friendly but great service. Drinks. We really enjoyed food until main course. We really enjoyed appetizers, pasta, salads. Very sensitive taste and those were great. But main course, veal, scampi and fish, they are so salty, and strong taste. We thought that totally different person cooked those. We disappointed for main course. Otherwise it was fun event with live piano.

   We travel to Sedona once per year on average . Our night out at Dahl & DiLuca is considered our special evening . This year we celebrated our 51st wedding anniversary. Once again the staff at D & D didn’t disappoint . The food , the service & the overall evening was wonderful. We also enjoyed Pisa Lisa . We will be back.

   We have been to D & D many times. We always like it for its lovely dining room and consistently good food. This time it went beyond our expectations because of our server Derek. He was so knowledgeable about the menu. He expertly guided us to make our choices. Loved the burrata special with button mushrooms. The eggplant parm was done perfectly and we loved the marinara sauce over the angel hair pasta. We also shared the chicken picatta. Just the right amount of capers with lemon sauce. Derek paced our meal perfectly! He’s a wonderful dining professional. Can’t wait to return!

   We ordered the special menu which had a choice of shrimp or veal …the veal was extra thin and dry . My sister was happy with her shrimp entree.

   Good food and great service. Didn't appreciate the 3% add on and that might deter me from a return visit

   Gary, we genuinely appreciate your visit and kind comments for our food and service. Please know we have not increased our prices in over three years, while our business costs have climbed significantly. Instead of raising menu prices, the business fee offsets a minor portion of our increases, and we have posted the notice on our menus. We hope you appreciate the transparency and understand the necessity of this fee, which is very common at top restaurants around the country. We hope to see you back someday. Thank you.

   Although the food is outstanding the setting is starting to show its' age. If it had not been so dark it probably would have looked more shabby than chic. The room felt crowded and the amplified piano music was ridiculously loud. We requested a change of table because we were seated at a table shoved into a tiny corner right next to the piano and couldn't even carry on a conversation. Apparently the server that we moved to did not want another table (he was already taking care of a large group). He was rushed and repeatedly didn't listen and got things wrong. He was not very pleasant. Fortunately the food was outstanding. Probably won't go back though since there are other options with better service/ambiance for the price.

    We had a wonderful time and the food was great. We got married at the Merry Go Round Rock prior to dinner. The staff was wonderful and our waiter was so accommodating and attentive to us. T♥️💍 We highly recommend
