   Dinner was great….service was great….it is just a lot of money for one meal….even though it was super special. I give everything 5 stars except value…and only give it 4 stars for value because it is hard to say the value is “fantastic” i was there maybe 4 or 5 years ago and it has gone up i think a good 30% to 40% since the last time i was there.

   We chose this restaurant because of Misheshchinov's race. But they were deeply disappointed, the interior of the restaurant is very simple and the restaurant does not, look like a Michelin-level. The quality of the cocktails is amazing, the level of preparation was average, nothing special, and the steaks are of the most ordinary quality. We had Stein Net York wagyu and ribeye wagyu steak. The total bill for 2 cocktails, 2 steaks, and a starter will be about $600. There was nothing special beyond the natural in the food. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

   $2K for a medicroe dinner. No need to repeat. They can't cook a Rare Plus steak in two tries. Both times came out more well-done than my son's medium rare steak. The Striped Bass smelled and tasted bleachy. $55 truffle fries tasted no different than the regular unimpressive $28 fries. The somm (Bo - Beaux?) was on point. Knew his stuff. The waiter (John maybe?) was good. Disappointingly, the most popular dish was the side of mac n cheese.

   Really awesome obviously, Wolfgang Puk was there and came to the table, got a photo with him, it was an awesome experience. Very expensive but also probably one of the best meals of my life so overall - great experience and really good food.

   Had an incredible meal at the best restaurant in Los Angeles. CUT never disappoints. Everything was divine, per usual. Chef Drew really outdid himself w/ the new caviar selection. It’s truly superb. He’s the best chef in LA. Anyone who hasn’t been to CUT needs to try it ASAP. The steaks are always cooked to perfection. Chef Pam is always working her magic. Her pretzel bread tonight tasted even better than normal and her caramels are next level! David is the best server I’ve ever had at any restaurant in the world. He’s knowledgeable, funny, quick witted, hard working and an all around great guy. I cannot speak highly enough of David. He’s the best!

   All hat and no cattle. Big fans of WP for many years eaten in many of his restaurants as frequent guests to LA and LV. All of his restaurants are great but not Cut. It is a restaurant for large groups, loud celebrations and young men trying to impress overdressed women. Exclusivity is costly but not necessarily enjoyable or satisfying. Cut was pretentious, overpriced and great service not enough to ever want to visit again.

    My husband and I are huge travelers and foodies. This was the best restaurant we have ever eaten at. Do not pass up an opportunity to dine here.
