Brunch was very nice. The Papas Rajas Hash with carnitas was excellent. We weren't as crazy about the Huevos Rancheros (too many beans). Service was friendly and competent, especially given how busy they were. The restaurant is pretty noisy, so it's a little difficult to have a conversation across the table.

This was our first visit to Blind Coyote, we had been many times when it was the Blind Pig. The food was delicious, the servers were so attentive. Loved the variey of food choices, everyone can find something they love. The chips were honestly the best tortilla chips I think I may have ever had. The portions were big, we got the Caesar salad with a jalapeño dressing that was amazing. The black beans, 10 outta 10.

The food was delicious and prepared with care. Tacos were unique and delicious. Margaritas were very good. Must order guacamole and chips...excellent. Service is very good and our server checked on us to make sure we were good!

Despite having a reservation, we waited approximately 15-20 min to be seated, although our host was very attentive to seating us once a (requested) patio table became available. The music was very loud which at times disrupted our ability to hear each other clearly. Our waitress, Yadira, was not especially friendly. She appeared to tolerate us rather than appreciate our patronage. Given our efforts to be gracious toward her throughout our dining experience, this left us feeling less positive than we otherwise would have, having enjoyed our meals from the lunch menu.

They were kind enough to put out chips instead of chicharones. The enchilada suiza was really yummy, and the margaritas were delicious too!
