The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming—perfect for both professional outings and special occasions. The service was top-notch. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations throughout the night. You can really tell that customer satisfaction is a priority here. Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal! The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful with every bite. The sides and appetizers complemented the meal beautifully, and the drink selection was impressive. Whether you’re a steak lover or just appreciate fine dining, Char delivers on all fronts. Overall, a 5-star experience. I highly recommend Char Steakhouse if you’re looking for exceptional food, great service, and a classy atmosphere in the Scotch Plains area.
