Best Spanish Restaurants in Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

The service, wait staff and management, was excellent. Attentive but not overbearing and obtrusive, we got to enjoy our meal. Some of the best tapas we’ve had, the steak y papas was so good we ordered another serving! The drinks looked interesting but we went traditional and ordered a pitcher of sangria. It was very good as well. Highly recommend for a night out, we will return on our next visit!

One of my favorite restaurants, and perhaps I am slightly biased because last year I came back from a trip to Northern Spain and was desperate for pintxos. And not only is ADB the only place in Vegas that serves pintxos, it does them very well. I've brought plenty of friends here to eat, and everyone raves about it. We even did a company event here, and they still talk about the food. If you're looking for something different that you cannot find in all of Vegas (even on the Strip) - this is that place.

Excellent restaurant amid plenty of high quality restaurants in top Vegas hotels. In this 2nd visit as an out of town visitor, we had mushroom ravioli with food gras (off menu), Aligue garlic shrimp, shrimp cake salad. Mushroom ravioli tastes superb, others excellent too. The owners are super hospitable and put customers at ease.
