Love Base Pizzeria! The food, setting, service is unrivaled!

Our first time here and we loved the food. Had a reservation to celebrate a college graduation and an 80th birthday. We arrived earlier than our reservation and were able to get seated right away; however, it was pretty slow-going after that. The servers were nice and friendly, but didn’t come by very often and food took a really long time to come out. We were there almost two hours! We did appreciate the complimentary desserts for the two people we were celebrating.

What I like about Pomo is their friendly and kind staff, food is always really good but what makes the difference is how well they treat us each time. Thanks 😊

Sat on patio & had an awesome server. Sorry I can’t remember his name as I would like to give him special recognition. We loved being out on the patio on a beautiful evening. We started with the zucchini appetizer which I would not order again. The zucchini was cut paper, thin and fried. Very different than I expected and very greasy. We also ordered a Caprese salad and was a little surprised at how small it was. Three of us had the Taglioni Bolognese and all loved it. The other person had a shrimp and pasta dish and she said it was quite good. When the bill came, we were all surprised that we were charged for bread. I can’t remember going to an Italian restaurant and not being provided bread complementary.

Great tasting food with polite and friendly service. Highly recommend for deep dish pizza.
