Furry friends are invited to join us in our outdoor space, but we ask that they stay leashed and with their owners at all times.Kelly's is owned and operated by Bill Hamrock and was established in the spring of 2024, and is a sister restaurant to Hamrock's Restaurant in Fairfax City.
