Sinsa is the perfect example of an outstanding food program combined with an excellent wine/beverage program come together in an approachable and enjoyable experience! The Sinsa team seamlessly and consciously crafted Korean-fusion throughout the food and drink menu which is really difficult to do right. My must-have food items were the rice thief (with uni add on) and the KFC fried chicken! Insanely good value. As someone also just learning about wine, the staff made my wine selection very easy and non-intimidating. The service is top notch, and staff is always super friendly and accommodating - it’s not hard to believe they were recognized on the Michelin guide just a few months after opening. So glad that I have a new spot to bring friends again and again in the East Village!

Always a great time at Nudibranch. Great neighborhood spot where regulars are easily recognized, and the hospitality feels effortless. Top that with a well executed food and beverage program, and there's a lot to like and want to return for here.

We've enjoyed Sohui Kim and Ben Schneider's Good Fork and Gage & Tollner, so expectations were high. And from the first appetizer of sautéed asparagus and peas with a schmeer of umami-laden brown butter sauce, they didn't disappoint. Then the hits kept on coming: shrimp and beans, seafood 'corn dog', japchae, the daily banchan with bbq gulf shrimp... clearly we took too long to find our way to Insa. Super friendly service, moderate noise level (except in the karaoke rooms), reasonable prices. Can't wait to sample the rest of the menu. Definitely 5 of 5 stars!

The hostess was really amazing. She offered us two tables and they were right on point with food, service and ambience.
