Best European Restaurants in Golden Gate

We arrived at 4:15 for the current Early Bird special which included 20% off all food and wine. There was also a pre fixe menu option with a long list of app and entree choices as well as "Eat What Guy Fieri Ate" menu option. The inside is small and inviting with square wood tables. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the lovely weather as we head back north next week. The view is of the parking lot so not a lot of ambiance, but the restaurant sits back off of the main road which made it quiet and peaceful. We shared the octopus app, greek salad and Moussaka. The octopus was delicious and tender with a creamy lemon sauce. The Greek salad was crisp and fresh with a creamy dressing. The Mousakka was amazing! Deliciously seasoned ground meat on top of potato and eggplant slices all topped with a soufle-like bechamel sauce. The melding of flavors were spot on and worth savoring! Our server was helpful and efficient and did not rush us at all as we enjoyed a glass of wine and then each course spaced out for a leisurely dining experience. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Wonderful staff and delicious food we will be back again

It was a great experience for my daughter, daughter-in-law and my two granddaughters (ages 6 and 7). I’ve been going here for quite awhile, but was a bit disappointed in the limited (changed) menu and not happy that they changed from delicious tarot chips with the edible flower to a bowl of very regular potato chips. The food we had was delish.

Exceelent service and food. Enjoyed a nice Valentine’s Day breakfast in this quaint atmosphere.
