Welcome to The Warren Restaurant, an extension of The Crowborough Estate, holding stock of Sussex Cattle, Boer Goats, Fallow deer, and Wild boar amongst others which the restaurant draws on for its menu. We are a Dog Friendly restaurant. Given the provenance, the kitchen predominantly cooks British food, occasionally dipping into other cuisines to provide a vehicle for flavours – nettle gnocchi for example, or poached oyster with wild boar chorizo.WE wanted a unique fun and informal restaurant, to offer their Crowborough Estate’s produce from. TN1 has established a reputation as a warm and inviting restaurant and bar in the heart of Tunbridge Wells and provides drinks, cocktails and fresh food which is cooked on site by experienced chefs led by Lukas, and run by a welcoming front of house team headed up by Tess and Murat.Our ethos is to serve modern & imaginative dining, which our talented kitchen team delivers 7 days a week. We’re open all day starting with brunch. Dishes include classics such as eggs Benedict and a full English or lighter options such as granola.
