- PPamelaSeattle / Eastern Washington •12 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoT he ambience and decor was spectacular! Absolutely beautiful restaurant and the bar beside was next level. The service was was very quick and the servers were very attentive but the pacing was a little too quick as we got mains while still eating our appetizers. One drink was forgotten but they offered it on the house which was appreciated. The scallops, crab dip and polenta were amazing! The apple tart was fun for dessert. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful evening.More infoThe GeorgePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.4
- SShirleySeattle / Eastern Washington •17 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoI have had meals at the Carlisle several times. This is the first time I was disappointed in the meal, specifically the Cesar salad was skimpy, and my salmon meal had a very small portion of potatoes and salad. The service was excellent all around. I hoped to have a better experience with the foodMore infoThe Carlile RoomPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.5
- TTeresaSeattle / Eastern Washington •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was delicious, the wine even more so, but what really stands out is the exceptional service. The waiters, water pourers, every attendant is so professional and attentive. I was highly impressed. The gnocchi and bread service was fantastic, as was the steak.More infoLarkPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.5
