Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Rio Rancho

Zinc offers creative, well-prepared entrees, as well as very good desserts. I had lamb loin, prepared rare, as requested. Ample portion with a chard-cannelloni bean vege and a feta-olive tart rounding out the entrée. My wife had a grilled cauliflower steak with oyster mushrooms that she said was very good. We split a salad and finished with a chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Zinc has a very good wine list. Service was very good, as well. Only criticism is the noise level, which can be a bit excessive.

Excellent waitress, staff very attentive, food was excellent and service was speedy. Only comment was that it was difficult to hear. We sat inside but would recommend an outside reservation due to noise level.

Wonderful, but I wish you would enforce the quiet voices in the soaking pools . Gavin’s loud conversations around you is not the relaxing environment you advertise.
