CUCINA enoteca goza de una ubicación céntrica en el centro comercial Irvine Spectrum. La capacidad del propietario Tracy Borkum de combinar un gran ambiente, gastronomía galardonada y un servicio incomparable es, una vez más, el protagonista de esta última creación del Urban Kitchen Group. El chef ejecutivo Joe Magnanelli y el chef de cocina Tony Trujillo trasladan su buen hacer a la mesa mientras los comensales disfrutan de la cocina abierta. El menú ofrece platillos clásicos italianos con un toque original moderno, elaborados con los ingredientes locales, ecológicos y sostenibles más frescos. I cannot express how much I love this place.The food and ambience was excellent like always. We are never disappointed when we come here. For those who are Gluten-free, I highly recommend the Short Rib Amalfadine. The Servers and Chef are very good at accommodations and allergies. Overall, a great experience.

Mathew was our server and he did a fantastic job! Very attentive and engaging. He recommended the Bavette steak and it was outstanding! Highly recommend it to any steak lover.

My family had a dinner here the other day, right after the movie across the plaza, at Irvine Spectrum. Very convenient location. We made a reservation earlier that day and barely had to wait for our table. I loved the atmosphere inside. Our waiter was very pleasant, too. All the food was good. We shared a mushroom pizza with prosciutto and a salad. Delicious! Our daughter got an item from the kids menu that tasted really good, too. They were kind to make a drink that was not on the menu and it was great. I think it’s a great spot for any occasion. Recommend!

Had to use our phone lights to read the menu but it was worth it. Nothing better than fresh handmade food. The zucchini blossoms, amazing!! Perfect pasta, incredible pizza, with great service, we’ll be back.

Delicious food. Fantastic play list. Great ambience except that it’s far too dark- the menu writing is pale and tiny, and in the dark, almost unreadable. At least light the candles on the tables, or better yet, use table lamps.
