   Just another incredible evening at Coyote Cafe. We love the staff here. Awesome friendly professional service. Always great recommendations on food and drink. And btw, the elk tenderloin is spectacular. And do not skip the green chile bisque. It’s New Mexico in a bowl. Thank you, Coyote Cafe, for making our 15th anniversary so special!

   Every dish very good, innovative. Our server Andy was excellent, knowledgable about the food prep and wines. Pricing a little steep but great flavor combinations of the 4 items we chose. Nice wine by-the-glass options. Festive interior design. Recommended for a special occasion.

   The food was fantastic! The pre dinner cocktails were creative, and delicious and the corn pone were a light and innovative twist on a fan Favorite. The seabass was lovely and crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside on a creamy bed of black rice. The Easter themed pavlova was yummy and fun. My family had the tenderloin, the scallops, and the duck and everything was scrumptious!! Dinner was delightful and entertaining as well as delicious!

   My wife and I have always enjoyed our time spent at Coyote Cafe and that’s why we looked forward to sharing Easter there with a friend. Unfortunately the top notch service that we’ve been accustomed to was not up to par last Sunday. Our server was very attentive in the beginning but that changed dramatically after about 30 minutes. We had to flag down anyone passing bye to get his attention. My friends coffee was served lukewarm and sent back. My wife spoke to management about our experience and was only left more disappointed. We’re not giving up on Coyote just want to share some constructive criticism.

   Such a lovely atmosphere! Excellent, attentive service Great Easter menu: many choices from which to choose. Like individual choices, not the typical prix fix holiday menu.

   Each course for Easter brunch was special but the pork belly tacos were the star and our server, Robert, made the experience extra special. Always a great spot to spend a holiday.

   Wonderfully outstanding ! We had two of the Easter Brunch specials…green eggs & ham and the carrot cake pancakes! Truly Delicious!

    Wonderful Easter brunch/lunch. The carrot cake pancakes were delicious! The lobster dish melted in your mouth. Service impeccable. Atmosphere beautiful!
