   We really enjoyed our evening here we will definitely be back. The flavours in the foods are delicious, can’t wait to try more. The downstairs area where we were sat was lovely, not noisy and felt very spacious. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed a few cocktails after our meal too and they were some of the nicest we’ve ever had. Really great variety of everything. Thank you for a lovely time!

   Food was great, but service stood out massively. Our waitress didn't miss a beat, from adjusting the AC when we arrived as it was blowing straight on to us to suggesting we leave a bit of a break after our mains so we would properly able to enjoy our dessert! All this while never making us feel like we were being watched or pressed to hurry up.

   We had the chateaubriand and it was outstanding! This may be the restaurant highlight of the whole trip.

   We were a group of 4. 2 got lobster rolls for starters and they were delicious. Just enough of a portion. We all went for steak but the 4 different types. Everyone of them were perfectly cooked to order. Good size portions for sides also. Staff were very nice and friendly. Very efficient and available nearby if needed. Would highly recommend the restaurant, the food and the lovely atmosphere.

   Food was pleasant, but not exceptional. The 2 course fixed menu was more expensive than the same 2 courses on the a la carte menu which is very unusual. Normally a fixed price menu is cheaper than a la carte. Jacobs on the Mall was far superior for the same price

   I went to Cornstore Restaurant last night for dinner with a friend, and I wanted to share my thoughts since I go there quite a bit. Right from the start, the welcome was great. I was running a little late (about 13 minutes!), so I called ahead, and they were super understanding. When I arrived, the manager showed us straight to our table, which was nice. We got our menus right away, and I noticed something about the cocktail menu – I ended up ordering a Mojito mocktail, but it would be cool if they were actually listed on the menu itself! Just a little thought. The service throughout the evening was really good. Every time our food was brought out, someone made sure we were happy with everything. Sometimes it felt like a lot of people checking on us (maybe four different people!), but I could tell they just wanted to make sure we were having a good time, which was sweet. All the waiters and waitresses were really helpful, polite, and seemed like they cared. This was my first time eating upstairs at Cornstore. It's a nice area, but it was a bit noisy, and it was a little hard to hear my friend sometimes. I definitely prefer eating downstairs because it's quieter there. The music they played was really good though and totally fit the vibe of the restaurant! Now, a little thing about the ladies' toilets. The last time I was here, they weren't very clean, and I told the manager before I left. He thanked me for letting him know, which was good because keeping the restrooms clean is part of the whole experience, right? This time they were clean, but there was a bit of a not-so-nice smell when you opened the main door. Maybe if someone could check on them a little more often, that would make it even better. Overall, even with those little things, I had a good experience at Cornstore last night, like I usually do. The service is always great, and I love their desserts and (non-alcoholic!) cocktails. I'll definitely be telling my friends to check it out!

   Very nice meal. Upstairs is pretty loud, downstairs seemed more quiet.

   Had a lovely evening, food was excellent, great quality and service was superb. Highly recommend Cornstore, we will be back.

    Overall an impressive restaurant. I was lucky enough to have a seat looking into the kitchen, so I could see the staff on both sides of the pass, the theatre of it all was great!
