   I’ve been going to Copper House Tavern regularly for over 5 years. My company has even held events here. I made this reservation for Valentine’s Day. I really enjoyed the fact that they allow us to make any burger a veggie burger. Everything was very good. The only thing I would have improved would be the service. The waiter was nice and kind, but he was very quiet. He never mentioned his name or made any suggestions. Since it was Valentines Day, it was louder so it was just tough to hear him. And at one point I mentioned to him that we were ready to order, and a different waiter came over instead. A little confusing but a good experience overall.

   Amazing chili, quality food in a nice atmosphere. Good drink choices and decent service.

   We were a party of 4 for lunch with a reservation. Unfortunately, 2 from our party were delayed elsewhere and arrived an hour late. The restaurant was extremely busy with hardly a seat to be found, but the 2 who arrived on time were seated and treated most courteously while we awaited the other 2. We all enjoyed our meals and the excellent service.

   Great brunch—Delicious omelet with fresh fruit salad. Our waiter was always there when needed but never intrusive. It was a very positive experience.

   Our waiter, Ricardo , was excellent! He provided great service and gave us accurate input on menu options while keeping in touch with us at all the right times. Our meals were very good and all just the right temperature when served. One of our party had CHT Bourbon Bacon burger and said it was the best burger he’s ever had!! Two of us had salsa with either steak tips or grilled chicken and house made fresh vinaigrette dressing- both were REAL GOOD! Only issue how loud the space got as more folks came in. Need to figure out how to control noise level better in the space.

   We arrived a little early for our reservation and were seated promptly. The calamari was crispy but the further down we ate through the dish, the pieces were soggy. The skirt steak was good although my date desired a little more char. The skinny cut fries were good and hot. The bourbon bacon burger was also good. The brioche bun was soft but supported the burger nicely. The thick cut fries were hot and cooked evenly. The burger does come topped with onion rings that I decided against. The red sangria was a bit watery but the pumkin old fashion was awesome. Service was good but got a little slow towards the end . Anxious to go back and try the pizza.

    Service was poor. We waited almost 15 minutes to get drinks when the restaurant was basically empty. When the drinks did come, the vodka drink was totally watered down and we sent it back. The server forgot one of the apps we ordered and never brought it. On the whole it was a poor experience. I've been there before and had enjoyed it, but this particular night was terrible and I don't think I'll be going back
