Copley’s is an award-winning restaurant serving American cuisine infused with hints of tropical and European flavors. Located in part of the former Cary Grant estate in the heart of Palm Springs, guests experience an upscale and inviting dining experience either outside on the patio with stunning mountain views or by enjoying the friendly atmosphere indoors.                                           We always have a great meal at Copley's! Service is wonderful, from the hostess to the wait staff. We usually have the same waiter, young blond man, very personable and informative. It truly makes for a wonderful evening. The highlight of my dinner was the blue cheese salad, which had pears, strawberries and the most amazing blue cheese brulee. Outstanding! The filet and the lamb T-bone were also very good. It was my birthday and everyone was so kind! If you haven't tried Copley's, you are missing out! Beautiful outside dining and with the fans and misters we were quite comfortable in 100 degrees.

                                          Every night at Copley’s is a special evening out, and that is because of not only the food, but the incredibly gracious staff all across the board. If you haven’t been to Copley’s, you are missing something wonderful and be sure to book something in the fall when they reopen!

                                          Restaurant week where 25% (?) donated to local food pantry!! Food was delicious! All four of us had different selections and everyone enjoyed their meals. Flavorful, good size portions, large wine selection. Highly recommend. Great ambiance (we dined indoors due to heat) Would definitely return when back in the area.

                                          Four of us went in for restaurant week. Menu was good, three of us had the Caesar Salad and one had the potstickers - they were all very good! Main course, two had the salmon - EXCELLENT! One had the steak, very good. However, my husband had the chicken schnitzel and it was very bland, nothing special. Desert trios were good. Server was very nice and friendly. Overall though, the meal took a LONG time. We got seated at 8PM and didn't get out until 10:20 PM. Lots of waiting in between courses.
