    Initially we had good service and then the serving staff seemed to think we were done and only offered us pineapple. We had two waiters ask us what specifically we wanted and 20 minutes later we had still not been offered more of the meat, that they had specifically asked us if we wanted. We would have left 20m earlier if we had known they were not intending to serve us more. This is highly disappointing as we chose to go to Copacabana because we have really enjoyed it in the past.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my recent visit to this restaurant was far below expectations. To start, the food quality was underwhelming — limited menu options and meats rarely showed and when they did they cut very small pieces. What was most concerning, however, was the overall hygiene. While dining indoors, we encountered multiple fruit flies and even a few bugs around the table, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. This is simply unacceptable and raises serious questions about cleanliness and kitchen standards. We could see all tables around us swatting bugs away! Despite the lacklustre dining experience and unsettling environment, the restaurant imposes a mandatory gratuity of 18%. While I understand gratuities for large groups or exceptional service, applying them automatically — regardless of the experience — felt tone-deaf given the circumstances. Overall, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone especially now with both the food quality and basic cleanliness is a concern. There are too many better dining options to justify the experience or the price.

    Everything and everyone was very nice except for the light skin Asian server. He almost always skipped our table and he would give us a single poorly sliced tiny ragged cut.

    My wife and I went here for dinner. While we really enjoyed the food, the service was terrible. The servers kept dropping food on our table, and then, after about 20 mins of being served, the servers stopped coming to our table entirely. They would go to the tables on either side of us, but wouldn’t come to us. We had to request multiple times just to be served…

    Poor service..All the meat was rare..all orders for side dishes have to be done online not personal at all..Tip is automatically calculated in. Never coming back....Mark Rogers

    I’ve been here multiple times at least 6-8 and the last time we had gone the service wasn’t great We came back again as this is our favourite restaurant but the service was horrible I’m finding it very difficult to spend the money to come back here again with the decline in service

    Quality in Niagara location is substantially/noticeably better and a lot more protein variety. It felt like we were being rushed 45 minutes into sitting down and then the food dried up substanitally.
