   This place has gone downhill. The servers only serve you for the first 25 minutes and then start skipping your table. Even when you request certain items, you'll be waiting 10 to 20 minutes at least for them to bring it. I think they want you to fill up on the sides which aren't that great. We ended up being there for the whole 2 hours because we hardly got any meat. This place used to be amazing but it's went down hill. For the price, we won't be returning.

   Food was decent, just found the different steaks a bit salty. The server did his best to get the chef to go lighter on sodium. Overall great experience, chicken, salmon, and sides were excellent. Great value for money. Ambiance good but very loud and energetic vibe.

   The food was great, the staff were friendly. The whole setup was very well executed. We will definitely be back!

   Had to keep asking for the meat selections to be brought to our table. We only had meat come 5 times and portions are EXTREMELY small. Had to wait over 20 min before server came to our table upon arrival. Side dishes came out quickly. Way too much money at over $100pp after drinks included for so little food.

   Honestly I was so unimpressed at this Coppa Cabanna.. I was in Vaughan for a work trip and took a client to your location in Vaughan and they were super unimpressed at your service after I had talked your restaurant out my butt for the last 3 days convincing them they needed to come. We arrived and everything was alright, our server was great at the beginning she came back a couple times but our client was late and she was super dismissive of us after they arrived late although we did warn her. We personally enjoy the service of fine dining and were expecting that we could at least ask our server for our next drink recommendations or food and she was just not around during service. We then asked our server and 4.. maybe 5.. of the meat guys for the pineapple.. 5/6 people we had to ask and make a stink about this pineapple. I’m telling you the same meat guy we asked 3 times to just bring the pineapple so we could all try it and eat it for desert and leave… literally 30 minutes of us being asked you want this meat? With response “no thank you just the pineapple we asked for before” and then watching the same server bring pineapple to literally every other table MULTIPLE times before bringing one stick over that had 2 pieces left… leaving us to divide the 2 pieces amongst 4 and waiting for a new one. Working in hospitality for most of my career you do expect and understand that asking once sometimes isn’t enough because we are humans and we do forget and I totally understand but we did raise a complaint and nothing was said and nothing was done. The cherry on the pie.. they bring us our receipt with a %18 automatic gratuity.. you bet I asked for that to be taken off. My food was yes indeed AMAZING as always but I was one embarrassed by your staff and servers and embarrassed that I had spoken so highly of you from my past experience at your NIAGARA location. Overall I think you should mirror the business of Niagara because your service was lacking.

    Waited over 30 min wait even with reservations for our table. The frequency in which the servers came around with the meats was quite low compared to our previous experience here. We had to ask for different cuts to be brought around multiple times and did not have the chance to try a good portion of the meats as they kept bringing the same one around. We’ve been to this location a number of times a few years ago had a way better experience then.
