   Our waitress was very help although I do not remember her name. The last time I visited she also helped me with an issue where waiter continuously skipped my table.

   Very loud! I’m all about the music when the entertainment is on. But we weren’t able to hear the servers well and conversation at our table was not easy. Everything else was very good. But if you want to enjoy conversation with your meal, don’t go.

   First time at the restaurant, Everything was beyond satisfactory. We really enjoyed everything. Our waitress was amazing, It was a lovely evening out with the family.

   Great experience. Will be coming back again. Use to always go to Brasa because it's close to hotel but now this is the go to.

   There was no parking at the location so we had to park 5 mins away and walk. Once we arrived at the location we were greeted and seated in good time. After being seated for about 10 mins we finally started getting served. There were only two of us. The food tasted good and came at a reasonable pace for about 30 minutes.. However, as more people were seated the service really slowed down and completely stopped at about the 40-minute mark. The larger tables were served first every time and there was no food left. The servers would go to get more food and when they returned the larger tables got served first again which repeatedly left no food for us. We sat for 40 minutes and was served only one skewer of shrimp in that time. We asked for the bill and left… Our bellies were not full. Very disappointing visit to say the least.

   There were lots of families and groups here and it filled up fast ... we had a reservation for 4:45 and it was super busy by 5:30 so make a reservation! All of that said, the food was excellent, came fast and the sides are creative and delicious! Really good value for the money!

    We went for the $90 after 9pm and it was worth every penny. We were a group of 10 for a bachelor party and I was a little disappointed that we had to wait 20 mins to be seated even with a reservation but the place was absolutely rammed. Meat was coming by initially very slow but as the restaurant emptied, we got served constantly so we definitely still ate our fill. Meat servers and the waitresses were amazing, you could tell they were swamped but service was great. Would definitely recommend Copa but understand going in that it’s usually a pretty busy place
