Columbia es un restaurante de propiedad y gestión familiar que lleva funcionando más de 110 años, es famoso por su encanto del viejo mundo y ha sido galardonado por su gastronomía española/cubana. Los comensales pueden llevar vestimenta informal, pero no se acepta que los hombres vistan camisas sin mangas. El restaurante sirve recetas familiares de alrededor de 100 años de antigüedad, como paella a la valenciana, filete minón al estilo Columbia y especialidades de marisco fresco. The waitress was notably angry that we had food allergies. She brought food with our allergen (which we had previously identified) on top and then tried to pick it off and throw it on the tray then serve to us. Returning to the kitchen would save her a few steps but ultimately cost us a great deal more. Two thumbs down to the lack of sensitivity.

Fourth of July...restaurant was slammed. Our server was still delightful and food was really good. Fun atmosphere! Make a reservation.

a must go to in St. Augustine but with popularity comes a wait. We made reservations but still were seated about 10 minutes late. Not a big deal but we left 2 1/2 hours later. It was very crowded and service was slow. Food was great and the restaurant is beautiful but be prepared to be there awhile.

This was an excellent restruant. We had the sangria and it was outstanding. The Shrimp Jesse Gonalzez had great flavor and my wife's empanadas were also great. Dessert was the bread pudding and it is a must have!

We love The Columbia. This time the energy from our server wasn't there, my order was incorrect, and there was a long hair in my son's food. The server did his job, but there was no welcoming attitude about him. He just did his job, didn't seem to want to answer questions about the menu to our guest who'd never been there, and was indifferent about anything we did ask about.

With reservations, we were seated quickly and our waitress was right there to help us out. Lunch was delicious and filling.
