   Have been to Colombia Restaurant many times over the years and it truly has never disappointed! Great food! Impeccable service!! We will be back!

   We waited about 15 minutes to order a bottle of wine and appetizers and another 30 minutes to get bread, our appetizer and our wine. We waited so long that the server brought us another appetizer to keep us from starving. When we finally got our food (we ordered something that takes about 30 minutes) we got something completely different from what we ordered. We would have never ordered anything with seafood. I could not eat because the food was so overwhelming with seafood tastes I took about 3 bites and had to push the plate away. We go to Columbia often, and have never had this many issues. Even getting our wine took way longer than what is considered normal. The restaurant should not have the servers making salads at the tables, while the other tables the server is in charge of sit there waiting to order an appetizer and wine. Our server had the two other tables both order salads, so she couldn't get to us for the simple things like water and bread. The salads are nice, but too time consuming for a server to do while they have other tables being seated. Maybe hire a person specially for salads (and busing tables, as that activity took up the servers time). I think the chaos of trying to take care of two tables with salads was why we were served the incorrect meal.

   The food was spot on as always. My husband and I started off with the black bean soup which comes with wrote rice. It as very flavorful and I happy to see that they cooked it authentic “without any meat in it” , the bowl is large enough that you can make s meal out of it. But we couldn’t pass up their famous 1905 salad. We had it with ham and it was delicious, great flavor, cold and crispy. My son had Ropa Vieja with white rice (shredded beef/white rice) and it was perfectly seasoned so the rice complimented it quite nicely. For drinks we had a pitcher of red sangria. You don’t want to pass on their Sangria! If you normally prefer wine like me sangria is not your go to drink. However they make ii just right, with brandy and slices of orange and lime, so it’s not too sweet or too fruity. We finished the pitcher! Also the white chocolate pudding is out of this world! BTW huge portion. Our waitress who was very friendly and attentive recommended it. We were very full and almost passed on dessert but we were all happy we didn’t. We did end up taking half of it home! We really enjoyed the meal, service and the ambiance. We will definitely return.

   It was just as amazing as the last time I came here. The food was excellent, the environment was clean, and the service was exceptional. Everyone in this part of Florida should visit at least once!

   Wonderful lunch which was the 1905 salad. Sheba our server was over the top in her service and hospitality. We were told by numerous friends to go and it did not disappoint. Going back tonight for the paella. Yummy.

    The food was delicious. The server was attentive and gave us excellent suggestions. The hostess was disinterested but overall experience was great.
