   I’ve been to Columbia several times before and had great things to say about the service and meal quality. Yesterday was not a good experience at Columbia. When you reach the host desk to say the number of your party and so force; we not even greeted with any type of acknowledgement. Not even a simple hello. Next our hostess was pretty attentive till she ghosted us a couple of times and had us wait for almost 20 minutes the bring back my credit card to pay for the meal. The food was pretty good but the piña colada I had was the worst I’ve ever had and it came in half the size you would expect for a tropical drink. Oh and before I forget upon leaving the restaurant 4 people at the hostess desk ignored everyone as they were leaving the restaurant without a simple good night or thank you for coming in. Yesterday the 40 minute drive and $136 meal for two was a disappointment.

   From start to finish, our meal was amazing! Karla was a fabulous server, the food was divine, the atmosphere was relaxed and we had a terrific time. It was the best restaurant experience we've had since before the pandemic! We can't wait to return!

   Although there were many people eating at the Columbia in Celebration, we had a delightful dinner there. The restaurant staff had spread their clients throughout their rooms and outside. They had many staff working on this holiday. The food and service were excellent.

   This was the best Spanish cuisine we’ve ever had. I just wish there were more locations and in the NY area!

   Unfortunately we did not enjoy this our visit. We ordered a pitcher of red sangria and reported it tasted watery. We were told the receipt had changed. Well it is was terrible! My wife had a steak and my guest had chicken. My guest found the chicken this time had too much cheese. My wife found her steak fair and I found my favorite Boliche fair as well. Not the usual great! We make it our business to go to all the chain restaurants often . However that might change now if we encounter again the food and service don’t merit our coming. Well it’s Easter, times are tough, I tipped well as usual.

   Made the rez over a month before, and specially said I wanted the corner table inside for an intimate dinner. No problem. We got there 10 minutes early only to find out hat we got pre-empted by a larger group. The alternate table was hardly acceptable. By the time we finished dinner and left, the larger party was not even there yet. The very least management could have done is given us a glass of wine for our inconvenience and disappointment. Ever since Covid their attitude towards the customers has gotten worse.

   No one even came by to check on us once to see how our food was!! Both fish dishes were very dry!! They highly suggested by the waiter!! We waited to let them know but as it started to get cold my mother and son had no choice but to eat the their very over cooked fish cold! Very disappointing to say the least. We wanted another pitcher of sangria but again no one came by’n very disappointing. We were very excited for this restaurant and chose it for many reasons. Sad way to celebrate 2 birthdays . I am always a very Big tipper but last night I was actually piling the dishes myself

    As usual, we had a delicious lunch. The salad is very unusual and memorable. My husband enjoys the Cuban sandwich. The decor is very tasteful. The bathroom was clean.
