We are an interactive culinary environment.

At our restaurant we create and interpret the culinary ideas inspired from different cultures, products, and techniques. Our always evolving menu is a result of the interaction and interchange of different experiences.

An open kitchen, eclectic and without limitations.
Because cooking is our passion.

Historically cooking evolved through the interaction and exchange of cultures. Through this premise and advances in technology our project, Cocina Abierta, was born, designed for the sharing and development for our passion.

    Probably the best restaurant in San Juan. Innovative dishes and good wine list. Good use of local products.

    Overall, the food was very good. The drinks were excellent.The service was fair. they were out of the croquets and empanadas which were the two main things on the menu that are a do not miss.

    Food wise way better experience than last time but the service wasn’t as good as always. I might not request to sit at the the bar for a while.

    Service started out slow, but definitely redeemed when the pacing of the meal arrived. Wonderful tasting menu and excellent drinks. Do not skip on the tasting menu! Great local flavors and must visit when in PR!
