   Very very disappointed. My husband and I were very excited to try CLYDZ for Restaurant Week. But we didn't feel that our food was worth $80. Let's be honest, it's a BAR. With MAYBE OK food, but it's still a bar. We sat in the rear of the place. You walk down, into a bar. No signs as to where to sit, and no one greets you at the door. You are just standing in a bar. The place seemed to fill up completely, as soon as we were seated. It was 95F outside, and the A/C simply could not keep up. We felt sorry for the waitress. Ok now the food. The menu is actually small, one half is appetizers and the other half is food. The Restaurant Week menu included 1 shared app, 2 entrees, 1 shared desert. We started with a charcuterie platter, a nice diversion. And yes maybe the cheeses were worth it. But we did not think salami, and olive loaf should have been on the platter. And no one told us what we were eating. Plus, my husband was shocked that no FRUIT was on the plate. I assumed that was why there was dark cherry jam. For entrees, my hubby had the hangar steak with asparagus and taters. I have to admit that this was much better than what I had. I chose the tartagietalle bolognese, basically upscale spaghetti with meat sauce. It was fine, not great. And didn't come with anything, no garlic bread or anything. In fact, we didn't get anything with our meals, no breadsticks even. And you even had to pay for salad. Then for desert, my husband had the "included" key lime pie. I paid $10 extra for homemade ice cream sandwich: salted caramel ice cream between 2 snickerdoodle cookies. We both agreed, the deserts were the highlight of this meal. The drinks were wonderful, actually what CLYDZ is noted for. So I guess if you come here just for drink, or happy hour, you will be pleased. Just don't eat here. The wait staff was good, considering the place was so mobbed. HOWEVER, a second server brought our dinners way too soon. Lack of communication!

   as usual it was very good... food was interesting and very tasty, and nicely presented Service was good (with some lapse)... looking forward to come back

   We went there on a Thursday evening around 8:30 pm. Parking was very difficult to find. I ended up parking in a lot a few blocks away. I entered into the bar and had to look around to find the dining room. When we first got to the dining room, there was no one available to seat us. We had the alligator in a blanket as an appetizer. It was well presented and tasty. My wife got the duck breast which she enjoyed. I got the short rib which was very large as the menu stated. We had the chocolate cake with vanilla gelato. It was a large piece of very tasty cake. When we left, the bar area was crowded and it was difficult to get through the crowd to exit.

   We liked it so much we went back there after the concert- and brought back Doobie Brothers band members for food and drinks... it will be our stop before and after every time we attend anything at NBPAC/State Theater

   Clydze stays in business despite an obscure location because it nails service, food, and ambience. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Get the truffle fries.

   For app we had the zucchini squash blossom special- very good! The shrimp dish looked delicious with huge nicely cooked shrimp. I had the duck which has lovely and accompanied by very tastily prepared lentils and carrots. Drinks were on point as well! The bar is lively and fun. The dining room where we were is fine - good mood lighting but other than that not a whole lot to look at. But food and drink make up for it.

    Great for a high quality comfy meal. One of the top 5 burgers I've had.
