   This is a difficult review. We have been to many wonderful restaurants around the world in our 34 years of marriage. Booked the reservation to celebrate our anniversary. Beautiful restaurant, nice food, except for a minor delay in ordering our drinks service was on point. We left the restaurant feeling we were not important customers that evening. That there were others dining who were treated more special than we were. Perhaps they were regulars and big tippers, but everyone can be made to feel that they are important customers. It was an attitude that’s difficult to pinpoint, but felt very real to both of us. Pick another location for your dinner.

   I came for the famous meringue cake, which is out of the planet, simply the best cake I’ve ever had, and I tasted a lot of different cakes in a few countries. I had a gnocchi, also fantastic too. Highly recommended if you staying in Miami.

   I don’t understand why you require a reservation when you make me wait more than half an hour standing in a crowd blocking every waiters passage !!! Very uncomfortable moment. The two hostesses behind their desk were useless, simply showing face on their phone ! The hosts buttering us up telling us we will get the next table this is a very negative point when my table should have been ready for me on my booking hour. I am sure you probably don’t care as you are so popular. Being a loyal customer of Cipriani restaurants around the world it is the first this happens. And that is the only reason why I did not leave. Afterwards our server was very nice, great food as I expected from Cipriani.

   Great dinner. Our waiter was amazing and the attention to all needed at the table was beyond question, I wish In could remember his name, I spoke with him all evening. You pay for what you get, and here you get it all. Splurge on yourself and treat yourself to this fine experience. You will not be disappointed.

   The food was good! The service was weird. It was a bit rushed and then non existent. We had to flag someone down for our check even though they took everything off our table. Beware they charge 18% gratuity on your check. We didn’t know and double tipped.

   Waiter rushed to serve, in a hurry for us to place our orders. We hadn't even finished serving ourselves the starters, we were surprised by the arrival of the main dishes and to our surprise the waiter removed my wife's plate, thus demonstrating a total lack of attention to his customers . We also noticed managers demanding waiters to rush the services. My wife ordered eggplant parmigiana as her main course, which according to her was very good, however the dish I ordered was spaghetti al vongole, which I didn't like, it didn't taste like anything. P I complained to one of the managers that I didn't like the dish I ordered and when I went to pay my bill, I found that they didn't charge me for that dish.

   Great wait staff. Well dressed, they move quietly and effortless throughout the restaurant helping create a calm and relaxing dining experience. Great menu choices for delicious dishes.
