   The food and the service were outstanding. I don’t know why they need to keep the restaurant so cold, it was freezing.

   This is a typical steak house with a typical steakhouse menu, but the execution is wonderful. The service is always first rate. The drinks are well prepared. The shrimp appetizer is decadent but fantastic. As is the crab soup. I am pescatarian (although the rest of my family is not) so I can't personally speak to the steaks, but everyone seems to love them, and I really enjoy the sides and the fish dishes.

   The food was tasty and the drinks were well made. I di however wait 15 mins for my table to be ready despite making a reservation. The air conditioning was aggressive and needed to be turned down. Service was sufficient but at times was off- putting. The food made up for these inconveniences.

   The Chophouse was so good we revisited for a second evening. The service and ambience were outstanding. We reserved a table outside both nights which we preferred. Piano player background music perfect both nights. Steaks were amazing.

   The food was great and the service was excellent. My wife said her steak was the best she had ever eaten. It's expensive but well worth it.

    A great old school steakhouse in the heart of New Orleans. Nancy, our server, did an amazing job and was very helpful and friendly. The Delmonico steak was superb as were the sides. The live piano music was extra special.
