   Not a good experience. I ordered a ribeye and a loaded potato, along with potato cakes, but the sides arrived about 10 minutes after the steak. I like to enjoy them together, so by the time everything was finally at the table, my steak was dry and cold. On top of that, the potato was undercooked and hard, and the steak was overcooked—I ordered medium rare, but it was closer to well done. Despite it being our anniversary, we weren’t even offered a dessert, which most steakhouses I've been to do as a nice touch. The service was disappointing overall. Our server didn’t check on us at all and brought everything late. I paid for the meal, but honestly, I shouldn’t have had to for the quality of food and service we received. I would really appreciate if someone could reach out to me regarding this.

   Service was exceptional. In response to an extended wait for food, dessert was comped. The food was delicious and portions were generous.

   The food and the service were outstanding. I don’t know why they need to keep the restaurant so cold, it was freezing.

   This is a typical steak house with a typical steakhouse menu, but the execution is wonderful. The service is always first rate. The drinks are well prepared. The shrimp appetizer is decadent but fantastic. As is the crab soup. I am pescatarian (although the rest of my family is not) so I can't personally speak to the steaks, but everyone seems to love them, and I really enjoy the sides and the fish dishes.

   The food was tasty and the drinks were well made. I di however wait 15 mins for my table to be ready despite making a reservation. The air conditioning was aggressive and needed to be turned down. Service was sufficient but at times was off- putting. The food made up for these inconveniences.

    The Chophouse was so good we revisited for a second evening. The service and ambience were outstanding. We reserved a table outside both nights which we preferred. Piano player background music perfect both nights. Steaks were amazing.
