Wolfgang Puck's second restaurant opened in 1983. A unique blend of Chinese and French fusion explodes with flavors unheard of before. Imitated but yet never captured to this day this fusion of flavors keeps you craving and coming back for more. Another delicious meal & great service. Classic Wolfgang Chinese Chicken salad, potstickers, vegie rice, eggplant, sautéed mushrooms, curry lobster with crispy spinach, and the halibut special.

One of my favorite restaurants in Santa Monica. The service is good, and the food is outstanding. I had a spot at the kitchen bar, where I saw the amazing chefs at work.

My mother has fond memories of dining here with her work colleagues years ago. Chinois then became she and my deceased father’s favorite place to share with their friends. My adult offspring and I were overjoyed to bring her here to celebrate her 85th birthday. Happily she was able to have halibut, her favorite dish. She truly had a memorable experience and we are grateful.

Very disappointed AWFUL experience having dinner at Chonois on Main. From the minute, I walked in to the restaurant and gave the hostess my name for oneit seemed she was bothered. Another hostess seated me. Bothered because of a party of one. Obviously, a busy night. The restaurant so crowded not enough room to walk by the tables. The service was not good, my waiter somewhat nice, I ordered duck was awful not a lot of duck meat, very tough, the legs hardly no meat. Ordered the Bao buns for the duck couldn’t eat them. Ordered drink wrong drink. They seemed not to care. I didn’t say anything it was so crowded I didn’t people know my dismay of the food and service. I’m was visiting SM. Had been to the restaurant two other times. Loved the food. Will never go back again. Would never recommend the restaurant.
