   We had Easter lunch at Chima with a group of 15 family members, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Vitor and his partner were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating—they made sure everything ran smoothly for our large party. The service was excellent, always with a smile, and we truly felt taken care of. The food was delicious as always, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family celebration. Thank you to the team at Chima for making our Easter so special!

   Have been to Chima many times over the years. This time was to celebrate my 52nd Birthday w my family. I was disappointed to see the dress code not being adhered to nor enforced. There were litteraly folks wearing ratty T shirts and trucker hats. Other folks wearing shorts w ball caps like they just strolled in off the 18th hole. I asked my waitress why the dress code was not being enforced and she advised that she believes management is too afraid to address it because people are so sensitive these days. The food was absolutely amazing but our server seemed a little overwhelmed at times. To top it off when we went to leave the Valet crashed my vehicle into a golf cart Taxi damaging both my vehicle and the golf cart. I then had to wait around w my 80 yr old parents for police to show up to take the crash report. Def a Birthday to remember SMH

   Absolutely Outstanding Experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere at this Brazilian steakhouse was warm, inviting, and full of energy. The service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made sure our every need was met with a smile. But the real star? The food. The endless parade of perfectly grilled meats—each more delicious than the last, every cut was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. We also appreciated the warm cheese bread (pão de queijo), the fried banana, and the grilled cheese with honey. Can’t wait to return!

   Natalia was the best server I had at Chima so far. Sweet, attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Service was truly spot on with the whole team. Gaucho Sandro once again met all my meat requests and spoiled us. Managers Omar, Das, and Eglymar made sure I had the best experience. 10/10 recommend!

   Really good food, the service was amazing but was so noisy. We will be back for sure, but early not on a rush time.

    We had an amazing experience at Chima in Ft. Lauderdale! We were actually on our way to a different Brazilian steakhouse when our Uber driver insisted we try Chima. He touted its superior quality and implored us to trust him as a local “in the know”. So we changed our reservation while in the Uber and we were not disappointed. Chima has a perfectly appointed courtyard with twinkly lights, seating for cocktails and live music. The restaurant’s interior has a lovely ambience and we were immediately taken to our table where Jhoan saw to our every need. He was the most attentive and polite waiter. Absolutely outstanding. The salad bar was high end offering a wide variety of lovely sides. The main event…the meat…was amazingly seasoned and cooked to our specifications (perfection)! We were even visited by the General Manager, Omar, who wanted to ensure our experience was nothing short of spectacular. He took great pride in his operation and it certainly shows! This was a wonderful family dining experience.
