   Annual birthday celebration with my son, daughter, and daughter-in-law is an event we all look forward to. Chimas selection, service, and food are always outstanding. Looking forward to next year already.

   We had the pleasure of being served by Brittany, and she was absolutely incredible! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care for our experience made the night unforgettable. She anticipated our needs, offered great recommendations, and never missed a beat — truly a top-tier server! The management team also deserves a big shoutout — Vini and Cally were both attentive and clearly run a tight, well-organized ship. You can tell they care about both their staff and guests, and it shows in the overall experience. And let’s not forget Susana at the bar — her drinks were perfectly balanced and delicious! This team is the definition of hospitality done right. Can’t wait to come back!

   Texas the brazil is my favorite, Chima is close second in all the Brazilian Steakhouse I have been. I mean the mint chutney on the lamb chops or leg of lamb was a great invention. I barely touched the salad bar IYKYK. But they kept the cheese bread & smoked turkey dip coming, mash potatoes and fried yuca I think. My wife enjoyed the jumbo shrimps according to her they were well seasoned. My other favorite was the grill cheese with grill pineapple pairing flavor bursting.

   As a long time patron of this establishment I’m always pleased and excited about going. However, this last time I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food and my all time favorite lamp chop and beef ribs fell short. On a good note, I found a new favorite with the Cajun Rib Eye. Anyhow, I will mark this past visit a fluke and hope for a better outcome soon.
