   My first High Tea EVER! Food was fantastic! Ambience and Hotel are phenomenal and Phillip took excellent care and I needed for nothing. I tried the Orange Blossom Tea and it was delicious! This has been a wonderful visit to this beautiful and historic city, also my first, but I will be back...again for tea and again for Duck March!

   My wife and I had a great experience. The wait staff Joshua and Philip were very attentive, personable, and engaging without being overly intrusive. The 4 course meal was elegant in presentation and delicious. We even got the opportunity to meet the chef and give feedback on the menu. I would rank this very high in terms of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.

   Wonderful Experience. The tea was delicious, the food was absolutely amazing, and the tea was the best I have ever had before.

   Food and staff person were wonderful. I had to come in thru a side entrance via delivery area due to a wheelchair. Okay with that but it shouldn't have crates and things making entrance very challenging. They were informed I'd be arriving in a wheelchair and at least moved junk from my only entryway.

   Wonderful service, but awful afternoon tea! Nothing tasted fresh, the scones were inedible (the jam had a crust over it because it had been out so long, and the scones were not cooked, sweet, and heavy). Considering it was a French restaurant, the madeleines were like little bullets - not light and fluffy at all! Someone needs to overhaul their afternoon tea as it was just awful. The only good thing was the actual tea, and Chris, our server, who was just delightful. Such a shame… would not go again. :-(

    This was our first time dining with Chez Phillipe, and it will be a night to remember for a very long time. The aesthetic and ambience, the service and especially our meal were delectable. We decided on the four course menu, and were stuffed before our dessert course arrived, compliments of all the delightful little canapes and amuse bouche that were brought between courses. Phillip was our server, and I MUST give an enormous shout out to him. He was polite, knowledgeable and swift, and was a wonderful conversationalist. All around the best date night we ever had and we most certainly will be dining with them again. They went above and beyond and it was worth every penny.
