   Not worth the $$. Went for restaurant week, they didn’t have any clam chowder for the first course, the prime rib was overcooked, cheesecake tasted like it was a frozen Walmart dessert. Appetizer came after dinner. Best part of the experience was the view and the drinks. Service was slow, but they were nice so not a big deal. Could get the same quality prime rib for $10 at a small central city casino.

   Went for Restaurant Week. Not a great experience ... partly on the restaurant and partly just bad luck. They seated a family with a one year old SCREAMING child next to us. Kid screamed pretty much the whole time in that high-pitched scream that can almost shatter glass, so that didn't make for a pleasant dining experience. Was not expecting so many small children to be dining. Plus, who feeds their one year old child at 8:30 pm? Very disappointing that the lobster bisque, the pasta for the seafood carbonara and the creme brulée, all featured on the Denver Restaurant Week menu were all oversold so either not available or substituted for something else. We were excited to try this restaurant for the first time, and while the food was tasty, running out of the selections we were most excited to try was disappointing. It would also be wise for the restaurant to consider placing families with small children in an area away from couples trying to enjoy a quiet, romantic dinner.

   Or experience was awesome!! Our server, San was amazing! The food is always excellent. They have a wonderful wine list and dessert menu!! We'll be going back again!!

   Went just because and it was great! Didn't feel rushed between courses and great cocktails!

   The service was less than attentive to our table. We had to request water refills and some utensils. While we said we weren’t in a hurry, we were still there 2.5 hours, which is a long time. The food was disappointing. The vinaigrette was syrupy and way too sweet for a salad. The Old Fashioned and Mango Martini both were so sweet, the alcohol wasn’t even noticeable. Disappointing for $15 drinks. I requested my Prime Rib to be medium and it was brought out beyond well done. It was overcooked beyond what any prime rib should be. The staff should have never served it. The mashed potatoes were hard and not at all smooth, rich, or very desirable. The extra mushrooms were pretty good, but far too sweet. Why must sugar be added to every dish?! The firecracker shrimp was good but the waiter tried to tell us it was not shareable. There was plenty. The deserts were good. If this were my first time at Chart House I would never return. As is, we are not sure we’ll go back anytime soon.

   We spent 2 hours there for a stale dessert and an appetizer and bottle of wine. We dandeled the entree because we were over sitting there by then. Slow service and cold food was not worth it. Manager comped all but the wine but not worth trying again

   Great stop going for Denver Airport to Vail. We had a 9:30pm reservation and were called earlier to confirm by Jake. Upon arriving, Jake, who was a manager greeted us at the door and got us seated--he was very personable. Kyle was our server and took great care of us and food was timely and good Being in the restaurant business, sometimes last reservations might feel rushed or get lackluster service---not the case here--they did an excellent job and made us feel very welcome. We have passed this restaurant so many times over the years and will now make it a normal stop!
