   We had a great anniversary dinner at the Chart House in Cardiff. We live in Lake Forest Ca. but it was worth the drive to your restaurant for the beautiful view right next to the ocean. Food was excellent too. Thanks for a great anniversary, Don and Tina Whitaker

   Had 5 PM reservation for which we were on time. Made special request of a window view was not taken to a table till 5:20 PM with no window view. The waitress and the food were fine. The hostessing left a lot to be desired.

   Appetizer we ordered was forgotten about, and offered after we ate our meal. The shrimp scampi that was supposed to accompany the steak came out after we were done eating. The wrong steak was brought out (NY Strip vs Ribeye).

   Food was very good and also was seated in front of the ocean to make it extra special. Our waitress Lynn was amazing. Waited 15 minutes after reservation time but was busy so it was understandable. Great experience overall.

   Absolutely horrible experience here on Valentine’s. Obviously it’s a busy day for restaurants and having been going out on this day for numerous years have seen first hand! But wowww this place was an absolute mess with zero communication. Would’ve gladly waited at bar instead of standing around pinholed in corner for 45 MINS waiting for some type of communication.The waiter and hostess were just bleh no greetings no apologies no vday wishes not even a smile lol so awkward!! Others waiters and waitresses seemed great we just got ‘lucky’ so awkward. Got my dinner was ice cold, such a great night lmaoo hadn’t been here in years and definitelyyyy won’t be going back now!!

    Made a reservation for 6pm. Upon arriving, we were told “we don’t have a table and don’t know how long it will be.” Was finally seated at 6:40pm. What’s the point of having a reservation?
