   Everything was great at the restaurant! My only complaint is that their parking lot and the walk to the restaurant were a sheet of ice with no noticeable effort to help it. Really dangerous, I saw a few people nearly slip getting to/from their cars. Maybe some salt next time it is going to snow!

   I took my daughter out for a special treat on a Sunday night. Our server was fantastic and we enjoyed the in-house dj. The food missed the mark. The prime rib looked like it had been plated an hour earlier. The filet came on a plate with no garnish, and lost its flavor quickly. A glass of red wine came to our table over seventy degrees, if not eighty. The dessert, a slice of key lime pie that measured eight inches long and one inch wide was smothered with a thick marshmallow topping. Again it felt like it had been around a while. For $200 for two people (only one glass of wine; a second was never offered), the food should have been much better. For one of the more reputable dining rooms in Annapolis, it was a real letdown.

   My comment is more toward OpenTable than Chart House...but I'm noticing a trend that when I make reservations thru OpenTable that I end up with consistently crappy tables. At Chart House the view around from the perimeter of the restaurant are the coveted tables. Over the last 2 years I have hosted 2 private room parties--so I've been a solid patron of the Chart House, but when I make smaller reservations, I never get perimeter tables. So what's the value in making an Open Table reservation??? I'm better off calling in the reservation and if I'm not able to get a "better" table then take my business/money elsewhere. I challenge your business model. I've been an Open Table subscriber for years and I detest this treatment. So again perhaps not a knock on Chart House per se, but for as long as I use Open Table I do intend to make restaurants and Open Table know that I don't want to be relegated to the least desirable seating. Even if I had to pay a premium...b/c the ease of booking thru Open Table is the appeal...but why should Open Table patrons get consistently dissed for using the service???

   Exceptional food and exceptional service. It was an incredible dinner, while it isn’t cheap it is certainly worth the cost for the quality and quantity of the food.

   We throughly enjoyed our evening at Prime. Alex was our gracious server. He offered delightful recommendations and impeccable service. The menu is filled with dishes to please any palate. The ambiance can’t be beat. We love dining at Prime for every occasion.

   Such an amazing dining experience. I was provided exquisite service from Cody from beginning to end. Dining by the water is such beauty while you eat. The calamari is the best that I have ever tasted. The sauce is creamy, buttery and fried to perfection. The crispy onion straws and vegetables are so delicious. The food and desserts are incredible. And let’s not forget the table-side cocktail preparation, just genius. Why not have a show while you wait to be served your cocktail. Just perfection. Five Stars all around!
