   Our server was fantastic. Our food was food u expect to find in a cafateria. When u go to a restaurant you go for the food and that was just awful. Nothing was fresh. Cold bread. Shrimp in shrimp cocktail was boiled in water NO SPICES. The fish course was so OVER COOKED. If it did not have a sauce on it, I would have choked. The ham was dry and OVER COOKED with no sauce to wash it down. The roasted potatoes tasted like they cooked them 3 days before and warmed them up for dinner today, but they were cold. The clam chowder tasted like it was made by Campbell's Soup. Sad, this used to be fine dining now, just a beautiful building. My suggestion. Charge more if u have to but serve good food. Serve less, but do it right, and if your chefs can't cook from fresh ingredients, then fire them and get some that can.

   David, It saddens me to hear that your experience was, to put it mildly, lackluster. At Catches Waterfront Grille, we aim to deliver dining experiences which exceed the expectations of our guests, during your recent visit we failed in that mission. The monetary cost of dining out grows higher everyday and guests like yourself deserve a meal that is worthy of your patronage. There is nothing worse than the disappointment of a bad meal on a special day. Personally, I would like to apologize on behalf of our whole management team.    Desk attendant confirmed confirmation. "Hey" this . "HEY" What is that?...kind of greeting. They weren't even busy yet.at 11:50. Seated, Noone came to table. I went to find server or host who seated us. So my son went to the bar to get water and a beverage. Server came to table said she should've come to our table but the manager gave her another table in another area. Food was cold, chicken dish and Mahi dish was dry like cotton. Over priced, under service, many other places to give business.

   Hi Karen, First, thank you for your patience during your visit! From what I am reading, we need to work on reinforcing the training of our front door staff on guest etiquette and communication techniques. Rest assured we will address this issue as a team. I only hope is that, in the future, you give us another shot. We are capable of much more than what you experienced during your visit.    Sat at the bar, the service was great 👍🏻 and the food was wonderful! Had a very nice early Easter dinner! Thank you!

   Yesterday was our first visit, EXCELLENT experience. If you get the pleasure of having Laurie as your server, you will not be disappointed. She was wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better experience, great service, terrific food and good atmosphere. Looking forward to returning. Thank you for the great time.

   Place was fairly empty. Sat around for 15 minutes at a table with numerous servers walking by, not one acknowledging. Eventually what we think might have been a manager asked if we had been helped yet and we said no, to which he said someone would be right there. Not sure how he knew, he never left the area we were sat in. Needless to say, we eventually had enough and got up to leave. On the way out the same gentlemen asked if everything was ok to which we said no, nobody stopped by and we weren’t going to wait around anymore. He said someone is coming again… This is the second time we have had poor service at this location.

   Great experience and service. Food was tasty, the only thing was that the shrimp was microscopic. They need to get bigger shrimp especially in a $27 dish, then the meal would be amazing. The server Lori was great. She was friendly and attentive.

   We got the all you can eat fish and chips and the fish was over breaded and bland and the street corn was mushy and over cooked the waiter was polite but he service was horrible would take for ever to come back and fill our drinks and when he did return he apologized and said he forgot about us and that happened a few times also as he was walking away from collecting our payment took a look at the tip he was left and made a very rude and nasty remark loud enough For us to hear besides the food and service being horrible the scenery was amazing 2/5 stars we will not be going back not worth the money I spent

   Travis, Our All You Can Eat Fish and Chips is one of out most popular special during the week, generally our Beer Battered Flounder Filets are cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. It is unfortunate that this was not the case during your visit. Rest assured, this issue will be discussed with our Chef De Jour and I will personally investigate your lack of service with our Front of House Management Team.
