   Carrabba's was a little disapointing. We made reservations through open table and arrived on time only to find that we were put on a waitlist without priority over walk ins without reservations. We waited 25 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. The food was good for a chain restaurant but they need to work on their business skills.

   busy Friday night. Waited about 15min before being seated. Had to request a different a booth that was open instead of a table in the middle of foot traffic. Service was very good, and meal was excellent as well.

   Made call-ahead seating request 2 weeks before Valentine's Day. I know that is a busy holiday for restaurants, and expected to have to wait a short time to be seated, but ended up waiting almost 1 1/2 hrs past our call-ahead seating time request. Bar area was full - again as expected - so ending up standing outside for over an hour waiting for our table. Would have been better if they had provided extra seating outside and possibly an outside beverage station would have made a difference to all.

   I've always loved the Spaghetti with meat sauce, Polo Rosa Maria, and the Chicken Bryan. The last two times I ordered the spaghetti and there was very little sauce. It tastes great but it was almost all noodles. I asked the waiter to get more sauce and he was glad to help. I just feel it shouldn't be necessary to ask for that. My wife loves the lobster ravioli and is very pleased with that.

   Seems to be very popular, almost too crowded for the waitstaff to keep you comfortable. Our salads came out in reasonable time, but the bread came after the entrees. The reason given was that it was still being baked. Not sure I'd go back unless I was a family with kids or a large group. Not a relaxing meal at all.

   CALLED AHEAD BUT WAS SEATED AT THE BOOTH AT THE BAR (UNCOMFORTABLE SEATING) NOT IN THE DINING ROOM.ENTRE'S WERE GOOD HOWEVER, THE DESERT WAS BURNED.

   This was an unexpected surprise for a chain restaurant. The food and service was very good and the waitstaff were very friendly. I will definitely visit Carrabba's again.
