   The concept is great. \however the execution is poor. We had to wait for the meat dishes to circulate and when they delivered a portion is was barely a bite. The meat was cooked perfectly but the high amount of salt detracted from the taste. \it came to a point that everything tasted the same "Salt Cured."

   I think it's the kind of place you have to try to say you did, but I'm not sure we would go again. It has a cafeteria setting and your sides get cold fast while your still eating all the different types of meat. The service was great though. We enjoyed most of the meats, but our sides were somewhat flavorless. Also, there are no condiments, salt, pepper, ketchup, gravy...etc. The atmosphere is not the one you see on the website, they are two different restaurants. One is a menu ( first floor) and one is the all you can eat( second floor). The first floor is the one they show on their website.

   WE WERE UNFORTUNATELY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR MEAL. WE COME TO EAT AT CARNAVAL EVERY YEAR FOR MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY, AND THIS YEAR IT DID NOT MATCH THE STANDARDS THAT WE HAVE SEEN IN PREVIOUS VISITS. THIS YEAR WE FOUND THE MEAT WAS OVERCOOKED AND UNDER SEASONED. THE LAMB, WHICH IS MY FAVORITE, WAS NOT PINK AT ALL, BUT GREY AND WELL DONE. THE TRICK TIP STEAK, WHICH IS MY HUSBAND'S FAVORITE, WAS ALSO WELL DONE AND HAD NONE OF THE SEASONINGS THAT WE LOVED. I DID NOTICE THERE WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON AT THE GRILL AND WAS SPENDING A LOT OF TIME CHATTING WITH HIS COWORKERS. WE LOVE COMING TO YOUR RESTAURANT, AND WE DON'T WANT ONE EXPERIENCE TO PUT US OFF. I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE IT IS KNOWN THAT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD WAS POOR. (THE SIDES WERE GREAT. LOVED THE SALADS AND RISOTTO) THANKS!

   Carnival offers a unique experience, I feel the $55 you pay for an adult dinner is on the steep side, I was with a group of 5 and feel none of us at $55 worth of food. The service was as good though, but we did find it on the louder side, between the music and hearing the conversations all around us, there was a few times, we couldn’t hear well. With all that being said, if there is someone visiting from another province and want to offer them a unique experience this would be a good place to take them for that. I will only go, if someone I know wants to try it for the first time.

   "I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The service was well-timed and friendly, all staff were up to par. I loved it.

    Overpriced, and the food didn't meet expectations. I would have much prefered a good steak at a nice restraunt and saved $20 per plate.
