   My friends shrimp came out too well done. My husband asked for the char the waiter was insistent They could not make that chart anymore so my husband ordered something else when the food was served by the manager My husband mentioned it and he said of course we could do that. The waiter was totally surprised neither the waiter or the manager offered any small gesture for the waiters mistake like a dessert or something. And then the waiter overcharged our friends by charging their credit card and their gift card. they did not find the mistake until the next day. The cauliflower, which I usually loved was so off tasting that I didn’t even bother to bring it home. Both of our friends thought so awesome

   Our experience at Bristol’s were absolutely fabulous! From the time we entered thru the time we left, we were treated like royalty. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the staff celebrated with us with outstanding service and delicious food. We were greeted with; “happy anniversary “. Now, that’s thought and attention to details. That’s the way the staff at Bristol’s treatment us. We definitely will return again.

   Restaurant was a little dirty. My Tuna done like Mahi dish wasn’t as good as it has been in past. Ceaser salad didn’t have enough dressing on it. Biscuits were 1/2 the size that they usually are. I know you can have all you want but they taste better when they are bigger.

   Steak was cooked correctly but was bland and cold. Lobster tail was good but also cold. Service was good. No rush to go back. Can get same or similar food that is better and cheaper elsewhere.

   Bristol has been my favorite restaurant for almost a decade. Over the last year I’ve really seen a decline in the food and also an increase in prices. For example the lobster bisque, one of their signature dishes, now barely contains any lobster. Such a huge disappointment.
